We aim for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can easily return your item for an exchange or refund with 30 days of purchase. Items not returned within the 30 day window, unfortunately, will not be eligible for refunds.
All of our items are accurately sized according to our sizing charts. PLEASE look to size chart specified on the website while placing an order, pay attention to the actual measurements in inches or centimeters (and not just the L, XL, etc.) and measure yourself if need be. Customer will be responsible for return shipping if an exchange in size is needed.
In case you somehow receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify goods, apply photo of the defect or discrepancy and return reason.
Note that we only accept goods that are not worn, are still in sellable condition and have all original labels and packaging in place.
We will contact you within 24 hours.
Please, do NOT return the parcel post to the address specified on a parcel, it is NOT the address for return. If you sent goods without notice of Support Service, such goods are not accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. Your bank, however, may take longer to show refund and make funds available.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
