The history of racism and segregation in America is no secret. This history reveals itself today in even how Historically-Black Greek Organizations exist from fraternity colors, letters, paraphernalia to stepping. Once upon a time, schools including colleges & universities didn't allow Black students. Eventually this gradually changed for the institutions but many college organizations were still free to choose who they wanted to be members of their groups.
